Amenities at Eagle's Landing...
Eagle’s Landing is one of the finest lakefront properties in Big Bear Lake. This 3000+ square foot home is nestled on a gorgeous wooded one and one–half acre lakefront estate–sized lot. Lots of privacy, yet close to all of Big Bear Lake’s attractions.  Living Room: Spacious living room (30 ft long x 16 ft wide) with large TV, Cable and a Sony Surround Sound Home Theater with DVD/CD. Enjoy a crackling fire in the rock fireplace after a great day of skiing. In addition to several comfortable upholstered chairs, the living room has a brand–new, sectional leather sofa that seats 7 and converts to a queen sofabed that sleeps 2. A matching, brand–new leather sofa seats 3–4 persons, and also converts to a queen sofabed. (Sleeps 4 on the two queen sofabeds.)
Sun Room/Jacuzzi: Just off the Living Room sits the Sunroom/Solarium, that includes a 6–person Jacuzzi Spa with sliding doors and walls of glass overlooking the lakefront. Enjoy the sunset from the sit–down views in the relaxing Jacuzzi, while melting away the stresses and strains of everyday life. After skiing, the brave can even jump out of the Jacuzzi and make snow angels in the snow–covered, grassy back yard which lies just a few step saway.  Game Room: Relax around a roaring fire in the enormous Game Room (24 ft long by 24 ft wide) which has two brand new leather sofas, each converting to queen beds to accommodate a total of 4 persons. The Game Room comes fully equipped with a 10–foot long wet bar and mini fridge, a full–size pool table, a foos–ball table, an electronic dart game, a huge game closet with plenty of games, and sporting goods for the kids as well as a Cable TV with VCR. For nighttime viewing, look through a high–powered reflector telescope and see the rings of Saturn or the "Red Planet," Mars. The Game Room has a wall of glass and sliding glass door, with panoramic lake views from every corner of the room. Complete with its own bathroom (including a telephone), plus a telephone at the wet bar.
Kitchen: Fully-equipped (and stocked!) Kitchen, with dishes and settings for 30 persons, and all appliances—double oven for big meals, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher—. All kitchen utensils, pots and pans and spices—you'll be hard pressed to find a better-stocked kitchen in any rental home in Big Bear! We even provide dishwashing detergent, paper towels and other cleaning aids. The kitchen has a knotty pine built in dining table and chairs for 8 persons. Dining Room: The sunny Dining Room overlooks the Sun Room and the panoramic views of the Lake. The Dining Table has chairs for 8; directly adjacent is the knotty pine dining table in the Kitchen, with seating for 8 additional persons just steps from the dining table.  Master Suite: Enjoy panoramic lake views from the massive Master Bedroom suite (20 ft long by 20 ft wide) with king bed and queen sofa sleeper, which together accommodate a family of four in spacious comfort. The Master Suite has its own Cable TV with DVD/VCR player, and its own telephone. The en–suite Master Bath has huge wardrobe closets, and a private room with shower and commode.
Bedroom Number Two: This bedroom has a bunk bed with two twin mattresses and a double bed and is perfect for up to 4 persons. Just outside the bedroom is a center hallway and bathroom number two, which is a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Bedroom Number Three: This large bedroom has a queen-size bed bunk bed with a trundle bed (with two twin mattresses), ideal for up to 4 persons. The entrance to bathroom number two is just 3 steps away down the center hallway. Green Grassy Backyard Overlooks the Lake: The sprawling green, grassy back yard lies between the house and the 200 foot lakefront shoreline that graces Eagle’s Landing. During Spring, Summer and Fall, the grassy backyard is perfect for playing croquet, horseshoes, badminton and volleyball—which are all found in the game closet of the Game Room!  Lakefront Beach and Boating: Take a stroll around the lake... starting at the 200 feet of lakefront shoreline enjoyed by Eagle’s Landing. Beach your wave runners, jet skis, canoes, kayaks, sunfish sailboats, and other water craft right in front of your backyard. Enjoy spectacular sunsets over Big Bear Lake, and the mountains each night.
Laundry Room: The large, separate laundry room has 1 Maytag Washer and 2 Maytag Dryers so you will always be able to keep up in the drying of your wash. Having two Dryers makes quick work of even the biggest group’s laundry needs. We even provide laundry detergent for all your laundry needs. Oversized Two–Car Garage: In addition to the 18–car parking on the circular driveway and the 40–car parking in from of the boat house, there is an oversized, two–car attached garage with a direct entrance into the house. The attached garage provides an additional level of comfort and convenience, especially during snowstorms. Other Amenities: Stone Fireplaces (2), Phones (6), Cable TV (3), VCR (2), DVD Players (2), Stereo Surround Sound Home Theater, and CD Player/Stereo. Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Blender, Toaster, Double Oven, Refrigerator, and Cooking Utensils provided. All Linens and Towels provided, Washer & Dryers (2), Private Hot Tub, Garage, and Hibachi BBQ Grill. No Smoking.
